At igniteon-shine, we believe education is an investment—one that requires commitment from both sides. We've built our refund policy around fairness and clarity because we know sometimes plans change, circumstances shift, or a program just isn't the right fit.

This policy applies to all learning programs offered through igniteon-shine.com. We've structured it to protect both your investment and the quality of our educational services. And yes, we process refunds without making you jump through unnecessary hoops.

When You Can Request a Refund

  • Within 14 days of purchase if you haven't accessed course materials
  • Before the official program start date with full refund
  • If we cancel or significantly change a program
  • Technical issues prevent access for more than 7 consecutive days
  • If course content differs substantially from what was advertised

When Refunds Don't Apply

  • After accessing more than 25% of course materials
  • Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
  • For promotional or discounted enrollments (unless stated otherwise)
  • If you violate our terms of service
  • For completed programs or issued certificates

How the Refund Process Works

Email us at info@igniteon-shine.com with your order number and reason for the refund. We don't require essays—just a brief explanation helps us improve our programs.

We'll review your request within 3 business days. If we need additional information or clarification, we'll reach out directly. Most requests are straightforward and approved quickly.

Approval Notification

Once approved, you'll receive an email confirmation with the refund amount and expected timeline. We'll also revoke access to course materials at this point.

Processing Payment

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Bank processing times vary—typically another 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Common Refund Scenarios

Early Withdrawal

If you withdraw within the first week after program start, you'll receive a prorated refund minus a 15% administrative fee.

Medical or Emergency

We handle these case-by-case. Documentation may be required, but we try to be flexible when life throws curveballs.

Technical Issues

If our platform prevents you from accessing content, we'll refund affected portions or extend your enrollment—your choice.

Program Changes

If we significantly alter content or schedule, you can request a full refund within 7 days of notification.

Duplicate Purchase

Accidentally enrolled twice? We'll refund the duplicate immediately—no questions asked.

Transferred Learning

Want to switch to a different program? We can apply your payment to another course if requested within 14 days.

Payment Methods & Processing Details

Payment Methods We Accept

We process payments through secure channels and refund to the same method used for purchase:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Bank transfers (Thai banking system)
  • Digital wallets (PromptPay, TrueMoney)
  • PayPal for international students

Processing Timelines

Different payment methods have different refund speeds:

  • Credit/Debit cards: 7-14 business days total
  • Bank transfers: 5-10 business days
  • Digital wallets: 3-7 business days
  • PayPal: 5-10 business days

These timelines start after we process the refund on our end, which typically happens within 3 business days of approval.

Important Things to Know

  • Partial Refunds: If you've accessed some but not all content, we calculate refunds based on the percentage of materials accessed. This keeps things fair for everyone.
  • Currency Considerations: Refunds are processed in the original transaction currency. Exchange rate fluctuations between purchase and refund aren't our responsibility, though we understand this can be frustrating.
  • Group Enrollments: If your employer or organization paid for your enrollment, refunds go back to them—not individual participants. You'll need to work out reimbursement internally.
  • Certificate Programs: Once you've received a certificate of completion, that portion isn't refundable. You've earned the credential and completed the work.
  • Bundle Purchases: Bought multiple courses together? Refund requests apply per course, not to the entire bundle. You can keep some and refund others.
  • Subscription Programs: Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, but we don't refund partial months. You keep access until the billing period ends.
